You have a great passion for
food and guest service. We work with local, seasonal ingredients, as
well as try to reduce our waist to the minimum. An interest in this style of
cooking and mentality is highly recommended for you to feel comfortable.
You will always prioritize
the guest well-being.
Able to convey the concept of
Farmhouse though the dishes you create.
Experience from a kitchen,
preferably in a similar role but not a requirement.
Comfortable working in a
small team where we help each other both in and outside the kitchen.
Able to work with a flexible
schedule. We are seasonal based, and weekend and holiday work is expected.
Speak English at a
professional level, but Scandinavian language skills are valued.
